About the Role
The Dispatcher coordinates drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity, and ensure prompt, courteous service for customers. Responsibilities include routing vehicles, assigning loads based on routes and driver locations, and preparing daily route schedules. • Route vehicles to maximize productivity and meet company goals. • Assign loads to drivers based on routes and driver location. • Prepare and distribute daily route schedules. • Maintain route sheet documentation for pickups, completions, and driver locations. • Verify route completion through driver check‑in process. • Interact courteously with customers as needed. • Report driver performance issues to management. • Follow all required safety policies and procedures.

What You Bring
The role requires experience in a customer‑facing position, with two years of dispatching preferred, and works the 2:00 AM – 12:30 PM shift. A shift bonus plan may be offered, and qualified candidates may receive additional compensation and benefits.
