About the Role

As a Field Loan Officer for Lennar Mortgage, you will meet clients and homebuilding associates on site, evaluate their financial data, guide them toward suitable mortgage products, and manage the loan process according to the Lennar Mortgage roadmap, providing personalized, hands‑on support. The role includes active business development: prospecting leads, conducting first‑time homebuyer seminars, visiting communities and realtor offices, and participating in builder and realtor events to generate and nurture relationships. • Conduct on‑site meetings with customers, homebuilding associates, and referral sources. • Assess financial information and recommend appropriate mortgage products. • Review and lock interest rates at least fifteen days before closing. • Generate leads through prospecting, community visits, and first‑time homebuyer seminars. • Attend builder, realtor, and community events to promote loan services. • Manage daily lead outreach via phone and email, scheduling in‑person or virtual appointments. • Prepare loan files and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations. • Support New Home Consultants with pre‑qualifications and maintain pipeline metrics. • Maintain detailed records in the origination system, including status updates and projections.

What You Bring

Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have at least a high school diploma (college preferred), a minimum of three years’ loan‑originating experience, a valid driver’s license, and an NMLS license (or be willing to obtain one within 30 days). Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities are essential. • Hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field work. • Possess an NMLS license and appropriate state license (or obtain within 30 days). • Demonstrate bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred for speaking and writing). • Exhibit strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. • Use Microsoft Office and mortgage industry software effectively.
