About the Role

The Shipping/Receiving Associate works Monday‑through‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with a salary range of $19.00‑$20.00 per hour. This position is responsible for the efficient movement of product shipments and inbound freight at Regal Rexnord. Key duties include building crates for shipments using power tools, operating a forklift or other powered equipment, and packaging products to ensure they are protected during transit. The associate processes daily customer orders, creates bills of lading, assembles shipping documentation, and contacts carriers as needed. Receiving responsibilities involve unloading incoming freight, maintaining shipping and receiving logs, and managing inventory of shipping supplies while adhering to all safety procedures. • Build and assemble shipping crates using power tools. • Operate forklift and obtain certification as required. • Package products to protect them during shipment. • Process customer orders throughout the day using UPS or other systems. • Create bills of lading, compile shipping documentation, and coordinate with carriers. • Receive and unload incoming freight while maintaining shipping/receiving logs. • Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies. • Follow all safety procedures and keep work areas clean and orderly.

What You Bring

Forklift certification is preferred, and the role requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks independently and as part of a team. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer skills. Experience in a manufacturing environment, prior shipping/receiving work, and familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems are advantageous. The position demands occasional lifting or moving of loads up to 50 lb, frequent sit‑stand transitions, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, and bending. Required vision abilities include depth perception, spatial orientation, and both near and far vision. Employees work around moving mechanical parts in a low‑to‑moderate noise environment while following all Regal Rexnord safety protocols. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. • Prior experience in manufacturing, shipping/receiving, and SAP or ERP preferred. • Ability to lift up to 50 lb, alternate between sitting and standing, and perform basic physical tasks.
