About the Role

Property Managers operate independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies while performing daily inspections, cash audits, bank deposits, and payment‑reminder calls. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies • Inspect storage units daily to confirm inventory and availability • Audit cash drawers and prepare bank deposits • Make payment reminder and collection calls as needed • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; walk around facilities up to 50% of the shift • Climb stairs, open large doors, sweep/mop interior areas, and maintain exterior curb appeal

What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to half of the workday walking around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Managers also handle cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and exterior ground maintenance. Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments and a valid driver’s license with a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement is provided. • Prior experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales (retail, restaurant, fast‑food, etc.) • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for traveling between locations
