The Make Ready Technician is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance in vacant apartments to ensure market‑ready move‑ins. • Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties • Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks • Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner • Maintain company safety standards
