What You Bring
Candidates must have extensive experience in commercial construction and hold required certifications; additional specialty and sustainability credentials are highly valued. Proficiency with standard computer applications is required, and familiarity with industry‑specific software is preferred. All candidates must provide proof of identity and U.S. work authorization, pass a drug screen and commercial criminal background check, and meet the stricter Department of Defense background requirements for access to the military base. • Minimum 10 years combined construction experience, including at least 2 years as a QC Manager. • Hold a current USACE CQM for Contractors certificate (RMS/QCS training optional). • Desired additional certifications: specialty inspection licenses, LEED AP/AP+ or Green Associate, EM 385‑1‑1, CRP, First Aid, OSHA 30‑hour. • Familiarity with Viewpoint/Vista and RMS/QCS software is preferred. • Pass drug screening, commercial criminal background check, and DoD security clearance for base access.
