About the Role
• Operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders safely following WM policies • Perform routine equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and maintain accurate records • Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment • Follow standard operating procedures for equipment operation and maintenance • Work independently and take accountability for safety • Occasionally handle objects under 30 lb

What You Bring
• Minimum three years of heavy‑equipment operating experience • At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States • Ability to meet physical demands with or without reasonable accommodations • Pass pre‑employment drug screening and physical examination • Communicate effectively and support teammates • Problem‑solve autonomously • Frequent use of motor coordination and finger dexterity • Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes most of the day • Rare exposure to cuts, burns, or toxic chemicals
