About the Role
We are currently hiring an HVAC Service Technician to perform service work and site maintenance for our national accounts. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems on customer sites, as well as providing technical support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Service and repair HVAC products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Diagnose and repair units using hand tools while following blueprints or engineering specifications. • Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as requested. • Prepare for on‑site work by reviewing building layouts, gathering materials, and coordinating tasks. • Inspect and maintain company vehicles, keeping service records and ensuring cleanliness. • Inspect equipment for wear, report findings to customers or Operations Manager. • Complete job paperwork, including daily time, progress, parts, labor, and cost data, and return unused resources. • Order required parts promptly and track timeliness. • Provide technical support and interpret product specifications for customers. • Work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends, and travel regularly with occasional overnight stays.
