About the Role

• Manage high‑volume lease transactions, provide updates, and attend client meetings. • Serve as main point of contact for tenants post‑lease, guiding pre‑occupancy requirements and coordinating IT, security, furniture, equipment, and warehouse racking. • Oversee tenant improvements and construction, managing timelines, budgets, and communications with contractors, municipalities, and internal teams. • Review lease documents, create summaries/abstracts, and support due‑diligence processes. • Lead special projects and assignments as needed.

What You Bring

The position is on‑site in Miami and does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We encourage applicants to apply even if they do not meet every requirement, as we are interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table. • Minimum 3 years commercial real‑estate transaction or leasing experience; brokerage or salesperson license required. • Strong negotiation, leasing, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to build client relationships. • Proven project‑management abilities, including multitasking, prioritization, and independent work. • Experience in real‑estate project management or construction coordination preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce or other project‑management software a plus. • Knowledge of South Florida permitting, tenant improvements, or commercial move‑in procedures preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field preferred.
