About the Role
The role is an experienced IT management position responsible for delivering one or more medium‑to‑large, moderately to highly complex projects. The incumbent will scope, plan, execute and monitor projects end‑to‑end, overseeing analysis and development resources, managing relationships between technology and the business, and ensuring delivery on schedule and budget while handling resource, finance, quality, control and business continuity. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, selecting appropriate methodologies and defining deliverables, milestones, and dependencies. • Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinating with programme managers and senior leadership to secure sign‑off and drive execution within scope, timeline, and budget. • Track project progress using visual tools, manage RAID logs, and report status to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with audit and information risk policies. • Monitor financial performance, analyse trends, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on budget. • Apply change control and risk management processes, creating and executing mitigation plans to address issues promptly. • Foster team performance through skill development, performance measurement, and participation in HR processes. • Promote knowledge sharing by implementing management tools, capturing documentation, and leveraging best practices across the technology organization. • Manage resource allocation, finance, quality, control and business continuity aspects of projects.
