About the Role

The role serves as a regional resource for problem‑solving engagements, cascading strategic goals from leadership to contributors, and acting as a liaison to ensure transparent communication and collaboration across stakeholders. The practitioner champions continuous improvement, leverages Lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, identifies and mitigates risks, and coaches Lean Practitioners, Process Owners, and other leaders. Key duties include aligning with the global Lean program, implementing process‑improvement tools, leading improvement projects, conducting Lean training, performing root‑cause analysis, and facilitating Obeya rooms, VSM, Kaizen workshops, and daily work installations. Execution involves close work with local leadership, mentoring project leaders, standardizing processes, delivering workshops that blend theory and practice, and introducing new CI techniques across the team. • Lead regional problem‑solving engagements and cascade strategic goals to all team members. • Facilitate effective communication between regional leadership and key stakeholders. • Champion a culture of continuous improvement using Lean methodologies. • Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure long‑term sustainability. • Coach and develop Lean Practitioners, Process Owners, and organizational leaders. • Align regional implementations with the global Lean program and support vertical/horizontal integration. • Implement process‑improvement tools and lead projects aligned with business priorities. • Conduct Lean training sessions, root‑cause analyses, and recommend technology solutions. • Set up Obeya rooms, perform Value Stream Mapping, run Kaizen workshops, and manage daily work installations. • Mentor project leaders to accelerate results and embed continuous‑improvement culture. • Standardize key processes and introduce innovative CI techniques across the team.

Lean Practitioner Role Overview: The Lean Practitioner, Master supports Lean implementation at the team level, facilitating problem‑solving, standard work and continuous improvement. They work closely with Lean Leaders to build Lean capability and act as the engine of continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies and contributing to a Lean culture. Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 8‑10 years of continuous‑improvement experience, proven leadership in business transformation, strong communication, analytical and systems‑thinking abilities, and expertise in Lean and Six Sigma training and coaching. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality, Engineering or a related field with 8–10 years of CI experience. • Demonstrated leadership in business transformation delivering measurable results. • Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and systems‑thinking skills. • Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma coaching and training. • Proactive risk management and issue‑resolution capabilities. • Willingness to travel up to 40 % of the time.
