About the Role

The Financial Manager, Segments & FP&A will partner with the Associate Director, segment leaders, DTS leaders, and FP&A teams to create investment business cases, deliver timely financial and operational analysis, and drive business decisions that support Kimberly‑Clark’s purpose of delivering better care for billions of people worldwide. In this role you will own the global DTS allocation and chargeback framework, oversee management reporting for the DTS organization, and act as the primary FP&A business partner for all segment teams, ensuring alignment with technology‑enabled business outcomes. • Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and outcomes. • Lead the preparation and alignment of annual segment budgets and forecasts with strategy. • Drive development of segment technology plans and business cases. • Monitor and report on segment financial performance, recommending improvements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and key stakeholders. • Develop and support business cases, leading projects as needed. • Maintain and improve the global DTS allocation/chargeback framework and related reporting. • Utilize flexible savings and spending accounts to maximize healthcare options.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or a related field (MBA preferred), brings at least seven years of progressive financial and business‑partner experience, and demonstrates strong analytical, communication and project‑management skills, as well as proficiency with SAP, Power BI and Excel. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field; MBA is a plus. • Possess minimum 7 years of progressive finance, business partnership, and leadership experience. • Demonstrate project and change management experience and familiarity with Technology Business Management. • Proficient in SAP, Power BI, and Excel; experience in multinational, matrix CPG environments preferred.
