What You Bring
Candidates should hold a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree with a minimum GPA of 6.0, and possess 10‑15 years of experience in oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, LNG, or related sectors. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel and work flexible shifts. Experience in live plant operations, fitness‑for‑service knowledge, and the ability to lead teams, manage customer KPIs, and drive quality are valued. • Knowledge of static equipment design standards and codes (ASME, API, EN). • Understanding of mechanical properties and degradation mechanisms of various steels and alloys. • Experience designing and fabricating atmospheric and pressurized storage tanks, spheres, and cryogenic tanks. • Experience with pressure vessels, process columns, reactors, and heat exchangers. • Proficiency with analysis programs such as PV Elite, Compress, Tank, and AME Tank. • Familiarity with pressure equipment rerate and repair assessments per API 510 and NBIC. • Design experience for onshore and offshore facilities and onsite oil & gas work. • Broad technical experience across multiple disciplines with depth in Mechanical/Static Equipment. • Strong organizational, management, and technical judgment skills. • Understanding of project life cycle, department interfaces, and plant operations priorities. • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and changing priorities. • Capability to interface with other engineering disciplines and support client needs. • Experience with global oil & gas operations. • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (GPA ≥ 6.0) from a recognized university. • 10–15 years of experience in oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, LNG, or related industries. • Strong leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational, coordination, planning, and interface skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication in English. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; flexibility to work shifts. • Experience in live plant operations is a plus. • Knowledge of fitness‑for‑service assessments.
