About the Role

The role leads a land‑development team, builds and manages relationships with key clients, and drives the growth of the practice. The manager oversees project profitability, transitions work to qualified staff, mentors team members, and provides positive leadership. • Lead and grow a land‑development practice team. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with architects, developers, attorneys, planners, and land owners. • Provide vision, business planning, and strategic goal setting. • Ensure open communication with partners and team members. • Manage projects profitably and transition work to qualified staff. • Mentor and develop staff while directing resources positively. • Conduct business development, write proposals, and prepare budgets.

What You Bring

Candidates need 8+ years of land‑development project management experience, a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, and strong technical skills in AutoCAD Civil3D. They must possess extensive client contacts, business‑development expertise, and the ability to communicate, mentor, and manage resources positively and profitably. • Hold an active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. • Possess 8+ years of land‑development project management experience. • Demonstrate strong AutoCAD Civil3D technical skills. • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
