About the Role
The role partners with the Industrial Sales team to drive industrial and hazardous waste sales revenue growth. It provides customer service and technical consultation on transportation and disposal options, and is a remote position operating on Central Time hours. Key duties include assisting customers in developing transportation and disposal options, applying technical knowledge to testing parameters and proper documentation, and processing profiles, contracts, credit requests, and pickups while resolving billing issues. The incumbent also develops economic solutions using pricing tools, prepares customized proposals, cultivates internal and external relationships, and contributes to territory revenue goals. The position involves maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships through account management, renewals, regulatory updates, and new service offerings, as well as identifying new waste‑stream opportunities and generating leads for account and program managers. • Drive industrial and hazardous waste sales revenue growth in partnership with the Industrial Sales team. • Advise customers on transportation and disposal options, including testing parameters and proper documentation. • Process profiles, contracts, credit requests, schedule pickups, and resolve billing inquiries and customer issues. • Develop economic solutions and customized proposals using competitive pricing tools. • Manage and grow existing customer relationships, handling account renewals, regulatory updates, and new service offerings. • Identify and pursue new waste‑stream opportunities through outreach and lead generation. • Conduct inbound calls, qualify prospects, and provide leads to account and program managers. • Support account managers with receivables, collections, and delegate admin tasks to Sales Coordinators. • Maintain compliance with hazardous waste regulations, DOT requirements, and corporate policies.

What You Bring
Qualifications require a High School diploma or GED, at least one year of relevant experience, and U.S. work eligibility. Preferred experience includes exposure to special waste streams and familiarity with Ignite or Salesforce. Knowledge of hazardous waste regulations, DOT requirements, corporate policies, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential. The work environment is a home office setting that demands finger dexterity for keyboarding and occasional handling of objects under 30 pounds. Rare exposure to physical risks such as cuts, burns, or toxic chemicals may occur. Benefits
