What You Bring
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Project Director – PMCM to lead large‑scale construction projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while aligning with organizational goals. This position will report to senior management and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred. • PMP certification required; PRINCE2 a plus. • Minimum 17 years of project and construction management experience delivering large-scale projects. • Deep knowledge of UAE construction industry, infrastructure development, and local regulations. • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and advanced Microsoft Office. • Expertise in construction management, risk management, and financial management tools. • Strong contract management and stakeholder engagement experience. • Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate multidisciplinary teams. • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and negotiation abilities. • International project experience, preferably in the Middle East; fluency in English, Arabic a plus.
