About the Role

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to managers and other staff by handling information requests, maintaining files, organizing schedules and appointments, generating reports, and preparing correspondence. Key duties include answering and directing telephone calls, greeting visitors, managing incoming mail, responding to information requests, drafting routine correspondence, filing records, scheduling appointments, compiling statistical reports, and upholding strict confidentiality.
