CDL Truck Driver Roll Off
Drive a heavy-duty truck to collect and dump waste containers on assigned routes.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Operate a heavy‑duty truck safely following OSHA, DOT, and company regulations. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections using the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report. • Immediately report unsafe conditions, incidents, or service calls to the Operations Manager or Dispatch. • Participate in scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required. • Collaborate with Operations Managers to improve route efficiency and address unsafe accounts. • Assist other drivers and complete assigned duties as directed by Operations Manager or Dispatch. • Position containers correctly, replace lids, and ensure sites are left clean and free of debris. • Complete and submit customer tickets for excess yardage removal. • Follow daily route assignments and finalize all required documentation at shift end. • Maintain an acceptable driving record. • Participate in a stock purchase plan and company‑matched 401(k) retirement savings.

What You Bring
• Hold a Class B Commercial Driver’s License and be at least 18 years old. • Pass pre‑employment DOT drug screen, physical exam, background check and motor‑vehicle record review.
