Customer Service Representative (Onsite - EN/ESP Bilingual Preferred)
Handle customer orders, service calls, and after‑hours support for equipment rentals.

About the Role
The position’s responsibilities include completing customer orders, sourcing equipment, handling service calls, and serving as the after‑hours point of contact for deliveries. The role requires a positive attitude, exemplary customer service, and a focus on departmental improvements and key performance indicators. Additional duties may be assigned by the Team Leader or Manager. • Process customer orders, source equipment, handle service calls, cancellations, and equipment pick‑ups. • Serve as the after‑hours contact for deliveries and service requests, providing 24/7/365 support. • Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude when interacting with customers. • Deliver responsive, exemplary service to both current and potential customers. • Continuously develop knowledge of business segments to inform leadership of new opportunities. • Identify and implement departmental process improvements. • Meet and sustain departmental Key Performance Indicators.

What You Bring
Candidates should have 0–2 years of customer‑service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Sunbelt’s POS system and prior equipment‑rental or construction experience. Physical demands involve lifting up to 25 lb, bending, squatting, and occasional driving in various weather conditions. • 0–2 years of customer service experience in a call‑center or dedicated service department. • Professional, friendly demeanor with strong telephone handling skills. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication abilities. • Strong work ethic; self‑starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Proficient with PC systems, CRM, email, and chat; solid typing skills. • Working knowledge of Sunbelt’s POS system (Wynne or AS400) – preferred. • Prior equipment‑rental or construction industry experience – preferred. • Able to bend, squat, crouch, reach and lift 25 lb or more; may require driving, loading/unloading heavy equipment, and working in extreme weather or night/weekend shifts.
