Supervises technical staff, safety, audits, tools/vehicles on West Park Hospitals contract

About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Supervisor who will undertake the following responsibilities on the West Park Hospitals Contract. • Consolidate technical skills • Provide supplementary training for technicians • Support complex technical tasks • Distribute technical updates • Discuss latest TBT with engineers during audits • Ensure tools are PAT tested and inspected • Ensure tools are calibrated as required • Complete PPE inspections • Conduct harness inspections (6‑monthly) and re‑issue • Manage face‑fit certification • Ensure engineers follow COSHH regulations • Issue permits • Assist CDM/FM in creating RAMS documents • Cover CDM/FM during annual leave or sickness • Conduct investigations as required • Provide tablet training to technicians • Perform technical audit (semi‑annual) • Conduct gas audit • Conduct REFCOM audit • Conduct NICEIC audit and QS all certificates • Perform site audit and workmanship inspection • Support ETL with daily dip‑check documents • Train engineers on allocated tools • Ensure tools are technically sufficient and safe • Verify condition of allocated tools • Issue new and replacement tools • Assist allocation of new vehicles to technicians • Support vehicle movement for breakdowns • Conduct vehicle inspections • Help recover vehicles and equipment from leavers • Check certifications, upload, tag and date them • Monitor certification email inbox • Verify jobs via Concept
