About the Role
As a Project Lead (MEP) in Project and Development Services, you will act as the MEP subject‑matter expert, collaborating closely with project managers to drive the success of small and medium projects while supporting larger initiatives. You will own project delivery, define organizational structures, and ensure clear objectives and streamlined communication across teams. You will cultivate strong client relationships by identifying their needs, requirements, and constraints, ensuring high satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing professional consultants for design and documentation, overseeing contract administration of vendors, protecting commercial interests, and creating project reports, analyses, and risk‑mitigation plans. • Serve as MEP subject‑matter expert and lead small‑to‑medium projects while supporting major projects. • Define project organizational structure and streamline reporting, communication, and procedures. • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and constraints. • Manage consultants and vendors, oversee design documentation, and ensure contract administration compliance. • Identify project risks, implement mitigation measures, and produce reports and analyses. • Promote collaborative, constructive communication with all stakeholders.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a degree in an MEP‑related discipline (e.g., electrical or mechanical engineering) and has proven experience in planning, design, construction, or project management.
