About the Role

In this position you will develop and maintain quality systems, rules, and processes to satisfy both internal and external requirements, ensuring projects and products meet specified standards. You will lead a team through the engineering, procurement, construction, tendering, and execution phases, verifying contractual and regulatory compliance and establishing project quality plans with documented witness points and records. You will incorporate customer feedback, Lessons Learned, and FOE into tender proposals to avoid deviations and continuously improve execution, while advising functional managers on processes and coordinating design and service communications. Projects you lead or support typically span 3‑6 months, with impacts realized 2‑12 months later. • Develop and maintain quality systems, rules, and processes to meet internal and external requirements. • Verify contractual and regulatory compliance during engineering, procurement, construction, and tendering phases. • Establish and execute project quality plans, monitor witness points, and maintain quality records. • Incorporate customer feedback, FOE, and lessons learned into tender proposals and execution processes. • Advise functional managers on project processes and coordinate design and service communications. • Lead or contribute to small projects, delivering results within 3‑6 months and impacting outcomes 2‑12 months later. • Influence others, lead small teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Participate in wellbeing activities and contemporary work‑life balance policies.

What You Bring

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or a high school diploma/GED with four years of quality experience) and at least three years of QA engineering experience, strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities, and the capacity to influence others, manage small teams, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Effective problem‑identification, analytical, and organizational skills are essential. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 3 years of QA engineering experience. • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Identify problems, develop solutions, and apply analytical and organizational abilities.
