About the Role
The scheduling specialist will develop, maintain and integrate project schedules using Primavera P6, support earned value analysis, prepare cost‑loaded forecasts and generate management reports, while providing administrative and data‑analysis support to the Project Controls team. Working within a multi‑disciplinary environment, the role involves facilitating cross‑project meetings, collaborating with design, construction and capacity‑planning teams, and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure consistent scheduling methodology. • Create and maintain individual project Gantt charts in Primavera P6 using the standard work breakdown structure. • Identify realistic activity durations across all project phases, from feasibility to operational readiness. • Define leads, lags, contingencies and dependencies to establish the critical path for each project. • Consolidate project schedules into a Master Programme Schedule for enterprise‑wide reporting. • Update schedules monthly and incorporate contractor schedule reviews and tender evaluations. • Assess project changes for budget and schedule impact and support earned value analysis. • Produce cost‑loaded schedules to aid cash‑flow forecasting and prepare management reports. • Provide administrative support, data analysis and summary documentation for the Project Controls team. • Lead cross‑project schedule meetings with designers, contractors and stakeholders to align expectations. • Collaborate with pre‑construction, construction, design and capacity‑planning teams on kickoff and budgeting schedules. • Work with subject‑matter experts to incorporate new designs, materials and construction methods into schedules. • Coordinate with Cost & Risk Management to improve spend forecasting and risk identification. • Generate ad‑hoc programme control analyses and summary reports for the Programme Controls Manager. • Drive a positive scheduling culture, maintain professional relationships and respond promptly to queries.

What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field and at least ten years of relevant experience are required, together with strong expertise in critical‑path scheduling, Primavera P6 proficiency, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field and 10+ years’ relevant experience. • Demonstrated ability to build critical‑path schedules from first principles and lead workshops. • Proficient in Primavera P6 and experienced with large capital programmes and multi‑disciplinary projects. • Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder‑management skills. • Process‑driven with meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
