About the Role

Daily responsibilities include visiting accounts in person, mapping routing schedules, and engaging key decision makers and end‑users to generate leads and meet performance metrics. The manager will regularly call on key customers, distributors, and attend events while pursuing sales targets for power tools, hand tools, accessories, and supporting regional chains. Strategic execution involves applying the Go‑to‑Market strategy, leveraging product services, marketing programs, and targeted funds. The incumbent will analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop growth plans, provide product training, and manage field budgets and travel schedules. • Manage a Boston‑area territory of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) accounts. • Conduct daily in‑person visits, develop routing schedules, and engage key decision makers. • Drive top‑line sales of power tools, hand tools, accessories, and support regional chains. • Execute Go‑to‑Market strategies, marketing programs, and targeted funds. • Analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to create strategic growth plans. • Provide product training, demonstrations, and field support to distributors and end users. • Maintain budgets for travel, expenses, and MAP; manage field schedule efficiently.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree (Business Management or Engineering preferred) and have 3–5 years of product, commercial, or industrial sales experience, preferably with construction field exposure. They must possess strong relationship‑building skills, a valid driver’s license, ability to travel (up to 50 % local, 30 % overnight), and be able to lift up to 50 lb while standing for extended periods. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Business Management or Engineering preferred) and 3‑5 years sales experience. • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across organizational levels and influence revenue. • Valid driver’s license, ability to travel up to 50 % local and 30 % overnight, and pass background checks. • Proficient with IT business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office) and able to lift 50 lb.
