About the Role
As Regional Vice President for Homes.com, you will lead a dynamic team that serves as a strategic digital‑marketing partner to the residential real‑estate industry. You will oversee six Sales Directors and their teams of roughly ten salespeople, driving revenue through digital advertising and marketing solutions, while coaching and developing the team to meet and exceed sales targets. • Grow team revenues and exceed annual sales growth targets. • Attract, hire, develop, and motivate high‑impact sales professionals. • Establish individual and team performance targets aligned with business goals. • Provide coaching and training to enhance sales effectiveness. • Identify, prioritize, and win new customer relationships while retaining and growing existing customers. • Monitor sales performance and hold the team accountable for activity and relationship standards. • Ensure adoption of CoStar culture and Core Values by team members.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, in‑person college or university. • Minimum 5+ years of people management experience directly leading sales professionals. • External applicants: 5+ years managing 8–10 sales professionals, including hiring, training, and developing high‑performing teams. • Internal applicants: 5+ years of sales experience plus 18 months at CoStar in a Sales Executive role or higher, meeting/exceeding targets. • Experience leading sales in a fast‑paced organization with short sales cycles. • Ability to work either 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. or 10:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m. EST. • Proven ability to build long‑term sustainable relationships and business partnerships. • Experience managing a SaaS sales team. • Track record of rapidly growing a sales territory through new acquisition and account expansion, consistently exceeding targets. • Strong internal and external relationship‑building skills. • Ability to retain top sales producers and manage under‑performers. • Willingness to travel as needed. • No visa sponsorship is provided for this position.
