About the Role
The Mobile Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for supporting operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities. This role includes performing inspections and repairs on interior and exterior areas such as walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting. Typical daily tasks involve maintaining lighting bulbs and ballasts, assisting the operations team with building and equipment repairs, and conducting general interior maintenance like hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, and fixing office furniture. The mechanic also handles minor plumbing repairs, painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, moves furniture or equipment, and responds to after‑hours emergencies while adhering to safety and compliance standards. • Inspect and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, flooring, and roofing systems. • Perform general interior maintenance such as hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, and repairing office furniture. • Handle minor plumbing repairs, painting, locksmith tasks, and tenant service requests. • Move office furniture, machinery, and equipment; respond to after‑hours emergencies on call. • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, hazardous material handling, and local codes; document work and material usage.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least three years of experience in general building repair, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work, as well as the physical ability to lift 80 lb, climb ladders up to 30 ft, and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting. Strong English communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and U.S. work authorization are required; a technical training program is preferred and tools will be provided. • Require 3+ years of experience in building repair, basic plumbing/electrical, and ability to lift 80 lb and use ladders up to 30 ft. • Must possess strong English communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and be authorized to work in the United States. • Preferred completion of a technical training program; employer supplies necessary tools.
