Finance Analyst - Accounts Payable

About the Role

The Accounts Payable Analyst role supports the LaSalle Digital Experience platform, handling invoice entry, processing, quality audits, mailbox maintenance, and generating system‑driven reports, while documenting processes and resolving data gaps. The analyst is expected to meet productivity targets, deliver best‑in‑class client service, build partnership‑focused relationships, achieve high client‑KPI scores, contribute to best‑practice development, and mentor team members. Applications are processed using AI to match skills, and JLL ensures data privacy, equal‑employment opportunity, and reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities. • Process daily invoices and perform quality audits to meet service‑level timelines. • Maintain the general mailbox and generate periodic system reports with backup documentation. • Document functional processes, capture exceptions, and resolve queries or data gaps promptly. • Track user acceptance testing and support issue investigation for the LDX platform. • Achieve productivity and efficiency targets while delivering best‑in‑class client service. • Build partnership‑oriented client relationships and consistently meet or exceed KPI goals. • Contribute to best‑practice development and mentor junior team members as needed. • Work on‑site in Hyderabad, TS, with a standard 40‑hour weekly schedule.

What You Bring

Candidates should have 1‑3 years of AP experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent organization and interpersonal abilities, adaptability, stress‑management capability, a commerce/finance degree, and solid accounting knowledge with attention to detail. • Possess 1–3 years of accounts‑payable experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Hold a commerce or finance degree and demonstrate strong accounting knowledge. • Exhibit excellent organizational, interpersonal, and stress‑management skills. • Show adaptability, willingness to embrace new ideas, and meticulous attention to detail.
