About the Role
The Janitorial Operations Supervisor position is available at multiple sites across Greensboro, High Point, Stokesdale, Jamestown, and Gibsonville. Reliable transportation and a clean Motor Vehicle Record are required. This role blends hands‑on cleaning with leadership, serving as the primary point of contact for staff and ensuring each building meets safety and cleanliness standards. Supervisors coordinate daily cleaning tasks and special projects, assist the Account Manager in adhering to client scopes, and perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, and trash removal. They also handle heavy‑duty work like floor scrubbing, carpet extraction, and pressure washing, support event logistics by moving furniture and setting up spaces, and conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. • Coordinate daily tasks and special projects with staff • Assist Account Manager to meet client cleaning scope • Perform general cleaning: sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, restroom sanitation, trash removal • Execute heavy‑duty tasks: floor scrubbing, carpet extraction, pressure washing • Support event logistics: move furniture, set up/break down spaces • Conduct facility inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness compliance • Apply disinfection and antimicrobial barriers with proper PPE and dwell time • Operate and maintain floor buffers, automatic scrubbers, wet vacuums; report malfunctions

What You Bring
Candidates should have prior janitorial experience, with supervisory experience preferred, and must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR. Strong communication skills, the ability to follow detailed instructions, basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and PPE use, and flexibility to work at any site are essential qualifications. The role demands physical stamina for standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching for extended periods, and the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Work occurs in diverse environments, including schools and industrial plants, with potential exposure to outdoor elements and infectious waste, all while adhering to moderate noise levels. • Prior janitorial experience; supervisory experience preferred • Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and reliable transportation • Follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, identification numbers, and PPE use • Flexible to work at any site and adapt to changing client needs
