About the Role

• Manage debt funding, payments, accounting, reconciliation, and lender reporting, including interest rate caps and swaps. • Partner with the capital markets team to supply accurate financial data for financing and refinancing transactions. • Support logistics finance operations by delivering debt‑related reporting and liquidity planning. • Conduct financial analysis to inform decision‑making within the logistics portfolio. • Prepare audit documentation, coordinate with auditors, and respond to inquiries promptly. • Streamline audit processes by identifying efficiency opportunities and applying best practices. • Assist with affiliate fee calculations, reconciliations, and timely payments. • Maintain intercompany reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

What You Bring

Brookfield is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Financial Analyst – Real Estate to support financial reporting and operational processes for debt management, audits and other critical functions within the expanding North American logistics portfolio. The role requires a solid understanding of IFRS and provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a fast‑paced setting. • Hold a CPA or CA professional accounting designation. • 3–5 years of progressive experience, with real estate or capital‑markets exposure considered an asset. • Solid knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with US GAAP and financial consolidation a plus. • Experience with Yardi or OneStream accounting/consolidation systems preferred. • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time‑management skills. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Strong written and verbal communication with a collaborative problem‑solving approach. • Demonstrated interest in real estate and financial markets.
