About the Role
The current opportunity is for a Journeyman Electrician. The role involves installing electrical systems in commercial and industrial construction markets, supervising assigned helper/apprentice electricians, and promoting excellent customer relations by interacting with clients to determine needs and provide solutions. • Arrive on time and ready to work at the project site. • Supervise and coordinate helper/apprentice electricians. • Apply electrical and construction principles to solve design and modification issues. • Perform installations in compliance with national, local, and NEC codes. • Follow company policies, stay on schedule, and complete required paperwork. • Maintain a clean, organized job site and treat all personnel with respect. • Adhere to safety policies and enforce them among team members. • Troubleshoot and repair common electrical systems, including services, feeders, and branch circuits. • Plan installations to minimize waste, ensure future maintenance access, and meet specifications. • Read and follow sketches, diagrams, or blueprints for concealed wiring. • Measure, cut, bend, thread, and install electrical conduit. • Pull wiring through conduit and splice wires securely. • Connect wiring to lighting, power equipment, switches, relays, and circuit‑breaker panels. • Install grounding leads and connect power cables to equipment. • Observe installed equipment for hazards and make adjustments or repairs.

What You Bring
Applicants must be high school graduates or hold a GED, possess at least four years of experience in electrical project installations, and have a valid state driver’s license with a clear driving record.
