About the Role
• Perform project management, mentoring, oversight and coordination. • Develop, deliver, and support safety training programs. • Assisting a variety of industrial operations including power, chemical, food and beverage, aerospace, solid waste, forest products, rail transportation, oil and gas, retail, etc. • Work with client account managers/teams to meet client expectations and increase the services provided to our clients. • Travel to client sites as needed. • Health and safety compliance audits to evaluate applicability and conformance with applicable state requirements. • Health and safety management system design, development and implementation to specific standards, such as ISO 45001, ANSI Z10, etc. • Work as a team player to support our national service platform. • Development and implementation of written health and safety programs (e.g., hazard communication, lockout tagout, confined space, fall protection, PPE, electrical safety, hot work, machine guarding, etc.). • Develop client relationships, management and growth. • Prepare client deliverables.

What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in safety, industrial hygiene, science or engineering related field. • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) • Experienced in designing, developing and implementing safety management systems (ISO 45001). • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, physical and motor vehicle records check. • Have a consultative demeanor and ability to work with clients and the ability to identify and offer solutions when needed. • Must be able to commute to project sites as needed • 10-15 years of experience with various manufacturing environments across targeted industries. • Interface well with and develop a rapport and positive relationship with our clients and employees. • Previous consulting and client management experience. • Experienced in business development and working with key account teams to increase revenue. • Have strong communications and technical health and safety skills both written and oral. • Ability to carry equipment such as ladders and air monitoring equipment up to 40 lbs. • Experience organizing and conducting OSHA health • safety audits. • Experienced in developing and delivering OSHA compliance programs. • Valid Driver-s License is required • Experienced in performing safety due diligence assessments. • Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and stairs. • Service growth experience preferred.
