About the Role
The Community Manager oversees all on‑site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager, handling personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk management while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and fair‑housing standards. • Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and supervise on‑site staff, addressing performance issues per company guidelines. • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, monitor rent collections, vendor invoices, and ensure accurate financial reporting and property closeout. • Create yearly marketing plans, execute leasing strategies, handle resident complaints, and implement retention programs. • Oversee administrative reporting, lead emergency response, ensure timely maintenance, conduct property inspections, and manage vendor relationships.

What You Bring
• Require High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 1‑4 years housing experience, CAM/ARM certification preferred, and proficiency with on‑site software. • Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and respond to emergencies; physically able to lift 25 lb, navigate ladders, confined spaces, and varying weather conditions. • Must have reliable transportation for on‑call emergency duties.
