About the Role

The role is for a highly experienced, results‑driven Logistics Director to lead planning, implementation, and management of logistics operations for a large‑scale infrastructure program. The director will oversee delivery of site‑wide logistics assets, ensure seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams, and develop short‑, mid‑, and long‑term logistics strategies, emphasizing operational efficiency, health and safety, and compliance. • Lead health, safety, wellbeing, and security culture, conducting investigations, inspections, and audits. • Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies, managing site access, laydown areas, material storage, and traffic. • Coordinate with client leads, master planners, designers, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate logistics into the project lifecycle. • Oversee logistics workplans and monitor operations for compliance with corporate, contractual, ethical, and safety standards. • Track and report logistics KPIs, preparing updates and presentations for stakeholders. • Identify logistics risks, create contingency plans, and drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and enhance safety. • Provide inclusive leadership, mentor and coach team members, and foster a high‑performance culture. • Resolve complex logistics challenges with innovative solutions and contribute to advanced logistics concepts.

What You Bring

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain or a related field; master’s preferred. • Possess 20+ years of logistics management experience on mega construction and infrastructure projects. • Hold professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or CSCP (desired). • Proficient in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, Primavera) and knowledgeable of construction logistics, inventory control, and health & safety regulations. • Demonstrate strong communication, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict‑resolution skills. • Exhibit a proactive, delivery‑focused mindset and ability to align stakeholders around a common vision. • Experience leading teams in complex construction environments and working within matrix organizations. • Ability to influence senior management, negotiate effectively, and manage stakeholder relationships.
