About the Role
This short‑term project requires schedule flexibility. You will provide physical and technical security oversight and guidance to both cleared and uncleared personnel at multiple classified facilities. You will use knowledge of intelligence‑community security regulations, policies, concepts, and SOPs to coordinate the secure movement of equipment and materials between locations. You will analyze situations to advise senior facility leadership on best practices, communicate plans to all stakeholders, and adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment while working both independently and as part of a larger team. • Provide physical and technical security oversight for cleared and uncleared personnel at multiple classified facilities. • Coordinate secure movement of equipment and materials between locations using IC security regulations and SOPs. • Advise senior facility leadership on best practices and communicate plans to all stakeholders. • Deliver excellent customer service and effective communication to diverse stakeholders. • Manage large‑scale facility moves or renovations, directing uncleared personnel in classified settings. • Coordinate team schedules, transportation resources, and assets across multiple locations. • Conduct compliance planning and maintain documentation.

What You Bring
We require at least two years of experience as a physical security officer or a comparable role in the intelligence community, preferably in a classified environment. Candidates must understand and apply security practices, concepts, and procedures, possess maximum schedule flexibility, and be able to work any day of the week, including extended hours. Own transportation and a valid U.S. driver’s license are essential, as is the ability to deliver excellent customer service and effective communication to diverse cleared and uncleared stakeholders. Flexibility, adaptability, and the capacity to handle changing requirements are also required. Experience with large‑scale facility moves or renovations that involve monitoring and directing uncleared personnel in classified settings is a plus. Prior work coordinating schedules and assignments of teams across multiple locations, including transportation resources and assets, is valued. Experience in compliance planning and documentation will further strengthen your candidacy. An active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph is required for this position.
