About the Role

In the role of Marketing Assistant, you will support internal communications, coordinate meetings, manage data for client relationship and financial systems, maintain project and resume information, arrange professional photography, monitor solicitation status, recognize pursuit successes, and assist with proposal material organization, digital content development, social media campaigns, brand elevation, and workload management for proposal managers and marketing coordinators. • Develop internal communications content such as announcements, presentations, videos, and webinars. • Coordinate large internal meetings, both in‑person and virtual. • Perform data entry for client relationship management and financial systems to support reporting metrics and dashboards. • Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems. • Arrange professional photography for projects. • Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status. • Recognize and celebrate pursuit successes and milestones. • Deconstruct and file proposal and presentation materials after submission. • Create and publish engaging digital content that reflects HDR’s brand and thought leadership. • Implement social media campaigns and brand‑elevating strategies with industry associations. • Support workload management for proposal managers and marketing coordinators.

What You Bring
