About the Role
• Advise managers on applying procedures and precedents. • Collate and analyze data using preset tools and methods independently. • Identify shortcomings in processes and implement change‑management solutions. • Operate within audit control systems to deliver outcomes or provide support. • Support and advise users of the knowledge management system. • Gather business requirements through interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis. • Contribute to feasibility studies and document technological and organizational findings. • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, serving as primary contact within contract plans. • Design test procedures and standards based on product specifications. • Implement policies within established procedures to achieve specified goals. • Conduct product and solution development by analyzing customer needs and delivering solutions. • Follow project management plans to achieve specific objectives. • Assist senior colleagues in managing client and customer relationships using sales or client systems.

This entry‑level professional uses engineering concepts to resolve problems of limited scope and complexity, with limited or no prior experience required. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience: 0‑2 years in a related discipline.
