About the Role

The technician will perform a range of maintenance tasks—including appliance repair, carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work—while ensuring timely completion of service requests, conducting preventive maintenance, responding to emergencies, and supporting resident services. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical maintenance. • Complete service requests accurately and promptly. • Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs. • Respond to emergency service calls per company policy. • Assist the Service Manager with community tasks. • Support resident functions and community preservation initiatives.

The role is critical to maintaining the apartment complex and supports the Maintenance Supervisor in managing overall maintenance programs. Ideal candidates are punctual, dependable self-starters with at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, A/C certification, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the flexibility to work on‑call schedules. • Maintain at least one year of apartment maintenance experience. • Hold an A/C Certification Type II or Universal. • Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
