About the Role
The role involves leading pre‑construction activities such as estimation, tendering and budgeting, as well as cost control and commercial management. Responsibilities include handling final accounts, variations, vendor and package management, producing handover reconciliation reports, and certifying contractor bills. Collaboration with MEP engineers, site teams and procurement on change orders and reports is essential. • Lead pre‑construction estimation, tendering and budgeting. • Manage cost control, commercial aspects and final‑account variations. • Oversee vendor/package management and handover reconciliation reports. • Certify contractor invoices and coordinate change orders with MEP engineers, site teams and procurement. • Prepare MEP budgets, cost plans, site bill validations and COP documentation. • Support refurbishment and rebuild projects; role split into one electrical and one mechanical resource.

What You Bring
Candidates must have 5‑7 years of relevant MEP experience in both electrical and mechanical disciplines, with the ability to take off quantities from AutoCAD drawings, prepare estimations and rate analyses, and develop budgets and cost plans. Experience in site bill validation, preparation of COP documents, and refurbishment or rebuild projects is required. The position seeks two resources: one electrical and one mechanical. • Provide 5‑7 years of MEP (electrical & mechanical) experience, including AutoCAD quantity take‑off and rate analysis.
