About the Role
The successful candidate will support delivery through the procurement and construction phases, making the position ideal for someone seeking to advance their career on a fast‑paced, industry‑leading programme. This client‑facing role is partly site‑based, requiring assistance in managing consultant teams, project stakeholders, and collaborating with the project lead to achieve successful outcomes. The works include new building construction and refurbishment or upgrade of existing facilities. The role provides end‑to‑end project management assistance across the lifecycle, ensuring time, cost, technical performance, and quality targets are met. Strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and supply‑chain members are essential to support delivery. • Promote an inclusive, supportive team environment. • Maintain quality systems and support delivery across all project stages. • Manage tasks, documentation and analysis to meet project milestones. • Monitor budgets, risks and mitigations. • Uphold Mace values and support sustainable business growth. • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with design and consultant teams. • Apply best practice and independently manage defined project elements. • Grow commercial, financial, construction and programme knowledge. • Create opportunity – champion continuous improvement and enable people to excel.
