What You Bring
This role demands a solid foundation in project management, the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards. • Proven experience managing medium‑sized construction projects. • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities. • Demonstrated budget oversight and commercial acumen. • Knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing and contract administration. • Proficiency in health and safety regulations and possession of a CSCS (or equivalent) card. • Relevant professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent certification. • Tertiary qualification in project management, construction or related field, or comparable experience. • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and achieve project KPIs. • Experience with sustainability and carbon considerations in project delivery. • Track record of successful bidding and fee proposal development.
