Operate CNC machines, set up tooling, inspect parts, and maintain production records.

About the Role
• Follow process sheets, blueprints, and written or verbal instructions. • Install or re‑cut chuck jaws as required. • Secure tooling in machine turrets and set up machines. • Download and upload programs and make minor CNC adjustments. • Operate CNC machines to produce parts within tight tolerances. • Inspect own work for correct dimensions, document quality, and inspect others' work. • Operate multiple machines or rotate departments as needed. • Enter data into the ERP system. • Load and unload components up to 25 lb. • Maintain reliable attendance with minimal call‑offs. • Perform basic mathematical calculations.
