About the Role

The successful candidate will deliver expert cost consulting, prepare detailed cost plans and forecasts, monitor actual costs, manage change orders and contribute to procurement and value-engineering efforts. They will also ensure compliance with internal financial systems, client-specific requirements and regulatory controls, including SOX where applicable. Strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders are essential. • Manage cost planning, budgeting and post‑contract cost control throughout the project lifecycle. • Prepare and present detailed cost plans, estimates, budgets, forecasts and reports for stakeholders. • Monitor actual costs against forecasts, track contingencies and commitments, and recommend corrective actions. • Review, validate and process change orders in compliance with contractual terms. • Contribute to procurement strategies, bid analysis and contractor negotiations. • Support value engineering and design optimisation to identify cost‑saving opportunities. • Ensure compliance with internal financial systems, client requirements and regulatory controls, including SOX where applicable. • Maintain benchmarking data and historical cost records for continuous improvement. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal teams.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field. • 3–5 years of cost management or project controls experience, preferably on large‑scale or data‑center projects. • Knowledge of MEP systems, sustainable infrastructure and procurement strategies. • RICS accreditation or progress toward it is advantageous. • Strong communication and client‑facing skills; proficient with cost management tools, MS Office and cloud applications.
