About the Role

In this role you will lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater treatment projects across Oklahoma, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk while maintaining clear, proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders, and provide senior technical direction and quality oversight for complex studies, designs, and deliverables. You will coordinate multi‑discipline teams and resources to keep work moving with continuity, consistency, and quality, make independent engineering decisions on methods and approaches, stay current on applicable regulations and treatment technology trends, and support project setup through closeout, including contract administration and coordination with subconsultants as needed. Mentoring and guiding engineers and technical staff through coaching, review, and day‑to‑day technical leadership is also expected. • Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater treatment projects in Oklahoma. • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk while maintaining proactive client and stakeholder communication. • Provide senior technical direction and quality oversight for complex studies, designs, and deliverables. • Coordinate multi‑discipline teams to ensure continuity, consistency, and quality of work. • Make independent engineering decisions and apply advanced treatment techniques to project needs. • Stay abreast of regulations and treatment technology trends and integrate them into solutions. • Oversee project setup through closeout, including contract administration and subconsultant coordination. • Mentor and coach engineers and technical staff in daily technical leadership.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include a B.S. degree in Engineering, Professional Engineer (PE) registration, and 8+ years of related engineering experience. Preferred experience includes leading municipal water and wastewater treatment projects, coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, serving as engineer of record and sealing treatment-related deliverables, and familiarity with Oklahoma regulatory environment, permitting, and stakeholder coordination. • Hold a B.S. in Engineering and active PE registration with 8+ years of engineering experience. • Prefer experience leading municipal water/wastewater projects, serving as engineer of record, and knowledge of Oklahoma regulatory environment.
