About the Role
• Develop and coordinate mechanical piping layouts using AutoCAD, Fabrication CADmep, and Revit. • Perform clash detection and system coordination with Navisworks Manage to ensure cross-discipline accuracy. • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and designs to produce fabrication-ready spool constructability. • Collaborate with lead detailers, project managers, engineers, and field personnel to ensure constructability. • Support BIM coordination meetings and assist in resolving design and field issues. • Maintain drawing accuracy, version control, and compliance with company detailing standards.

What You Bring
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical piping systems. • Proficiency in Navisworks Manage, Fabrication CADmep, AutoCAD, and Revit. • Working knowledge of Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to interpret construction documents, equipment submittals, and engineering drawings. • Prior construction field or fabrication shop experience is highly preferred.
