About the Role

The Architecture Design Coordinator (Gap Year) supports project teams by coordinating design tasks and ensuring quality throughout the architectural process. • Evaluate, select, and apply architectural techniques, procedures, and modifications to construction documents. • Perform architectural assignments with general instruction from the Project Architect or Project Manager. • Work directly with owners/clients to select and recommend procedures. • Write specifications covering architectural matters and conduct code reviews. • Assist Project Architects, Architectural Coordinators, or Technicians across all phases of the architectural process.

What You Bring

• Master's degree in Architecture (preferred). • Experience in healthcare, educational, civic, science, and research facilities. • Interest or experience in sustainable design/LEED. • Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and 3‑D Studio Max. • Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper. • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field (required). • Eligibility to obtain future professional registration. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills. • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and familiar with related tools and processes. • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills.
