About the Role

Successful candidates will work closely with business, accounting, and departmental managers, and will engage with clients, governing agencies, and internal design teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to compliance standards. • Plan and manage small to medium single‑discipline projects or large routine projects. • Independently coordinate professional staff and balance the team throughout project development. • Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. • Conduct reviews with governing agencies for compliance. • Lead design development and contract document work sessions with staff. • Coordinate workload to ensure on‑schedule document completion. • Track project financials and adjust work effort to meet schedule and budget parameters. • Collaborate with Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller, and Department Manager for project reviews.

What You Bring

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least seven years of relevant experience, and a minimum of two years managing projects. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities, and share a commitment to HDR’s employee‑owned culture. • Hold a professional license or certification (e.g., PMP). • Possess design experience. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • Minimum 7 years of related experience, including at least 2 years of project management. • Strong ability to interact with design teams and excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
