What You Bring
The Intern Engineering position offers hands‑on experience on bridge projects, design software use, site inspections and mentorship from recent graduates and senior leaders. Interns work under the guidance of a Professional Engineer or Project Manager, applying standard engineering techniques while developing problem‑solving and communication skills. • Prefer at least 2 years toward a degree with a 3.0+ GPA • Demonstrated knowledge of industry‑related software packages • Experience with 2D CAD/drafting tools such as MicroStation or AutoCAD • Strong communication skills • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred for site travel • Local candidates preferred • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program • Attention to detail • Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
