They document non‑conformances and may help determine resolutions across civil, structural, interior finishes, roofing, mechanical, or electrical disciplines. • Inspect commercial construction installations for compliance with statutes and customer regulations. • Conduct continuous inspections of all items installed by the general contractor. • Verify professional workmanship of construction labor and subcontracted tasks. • Check equipment alignment and balancing operations. • Assist in developing job safety practices and preparing safety reports. • Contribute to quality‑control reports and procedures.
