About the Role

The Customer Support Specialist provides assistance to customers, Sales, Facility Operations, and management by handling office services such as data entry, clerical work, records control, form creation, and report preparation, while processing orders and correspondence to ensure customer satisfaction. • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in‑person to obtain and approve waste profiles. • Assist customers with waste characterization and documentation in compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations. • Maintain and organize customer profiles, contract files, and related records. • Coordinate completion of profile and contract forms, collect deposits, update address changes, and issue discontinuance orders. • Research operational concerns, resolve discrepancies, and prepare waste shipment summaries and reports. • Prepare, scan, email, or mail manifests and other correspondence; process memos and review billing adjustments.
