About the Role

The firm is seeking a Contract Administrator for a complex infrastructure project in Dublin. The role involves supporting the administration of commercial contracts, ensuring accurate records, effective risk management, and clear communication of contractual obligations to enable informed decision‑making and governance. Key duties include drafting, reviewing, and finalising contracts in line with policies and legal requirements, maintaining secure and up‑to‑date contract documentation, and tracking milestones, deadlines, and renewals. The administrator will act as the primary contact for stakeholders, update contract management systems, generate performance reports, support negotiations, and assist with invoicing and vendor collaboration. • Draft, review, and finalize commercial contracts in compliance with policies and legal standards. • Maintain organized, secure, and up-to-date contract records and documentation. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract administration. • Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on contract queries. • Update contract management systems and track milestones, deadlines, and renewals. • Generate reports on contract status, performance, and support negotiations. • Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and related financial tasks. • Coordinate communication and collaboration with vendors and suppliers.

What You Bring

Candidates should have 5–10 years of contract administration experience on high‑value infrastructure or construction projects, strong organizational and coordination abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A solid understanding of cost‑management principles and a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline are required. Preferred credentials include NEC Reg or similar certification and professional membership with bodies such as SCSI, RICS, CIOB, or CIArb.
